About Us

K-can (PTY) Ltd is a registered company, based and operating in the Kindom of Eswatini formaly know as Swaziland. We are a management consultancy focusing on accounting, tax, secretarial, risk & strategy, compliance and general advisory.

The establishment is 100% owned by Keven C. Makuyana, a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA)-UK, The Southern Africa Association of Accountants (SAAA)-ZIM and Eswatini Institute of Accountants (ESIA)-SD. Keven has more than a decade of experiance in Accounting and Finance, contributing to risk and strategic management to both profit and non-profit making entities. He is also a Founder of Skies Business Consultancy; the E-tax solution sole Agent of K-can Pty Ltd in Eswatini, Mozambique and Zimbabwe.

Tax Services

We provide Tax compliance audits and advisory services on the following Tax Types: VAT ,PAYE, SNPF RETURNS, CORPORATION TAX we also offer BOOK KEEPING and ACCOUNTING Services

VAT

Value Added Tax Returns for VAT are submitted quarterly . We do VAT compliance audits in light of the VAT guide. This service extends to include the preparation of monthly Input and Output VAT schedule.

CORPORATION TAX

This is tax on company profits. It is levied yearly. We prepare yearly company returns, supported by same year financial statements On monthly basis the figures are tracked and verified for accuracy

PAYE

Pay As You Earn is levid on salaries and is collected by the employer and PAYE returns are submited monthly. We do compliance audits to confirm accuracy of calculations, completeness of records and observance of due dates.

Secretarial Services

Company Registration, Lodging of Form J, Lodging of Form C,Legal documents amendments,Trading lincese application, Affidavits, Commissioner of Oaths.

SNPF Returns

These are statutory deductions with held by the employer and returns are submited monthly to SNPF. We perform monthly compliance checks on SNPF returns to verify accuracy of calculations and details.

BOOK KEEPING AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES

We offer book keeping services feeding into the preparation of trial balances. Using a set of relevant records which are in accordance with International Accounting Stardards Boards.
